Technical Workers at Zenith Aircraft Company

Business owners in Mexico, Missouri are having a problem of recruiting technical workers. 

Zenith Aircraft Company sells airplanes to people around the world, the company is small but they work like a family. Sebastien Heintz, owner of the company, says the companies is having problem of finding the right person.

Even though these are well-paid jobs, companies are still having a difficult time attracting young people to these jobs.
